Icewing

Lairing atop the lofty peak,
Protecting the land below,
He is an elemental force.
Riding the wind,
Protecting the earth,
Blending flame and ice.

Seeking to steal his treasures
Warriors challenged his might.
He makes them all regret.
Loud as thunder,
Fierce as a typhoon,
Destructive as lightning.

Pilgrims seek pearls of wisdom
Bearing gifts of gold and bronze.
He guards his secrets well.
Ancient as the sun,
Enigmatic as the moon,
Eternal as the stars.
